1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by **Working Class Tattoos** (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Tattoo Services & Requirements
- All clients must be **18 years or older** with valid government-issued identification to receive a tattoo.
- A consultation may be required for custom tattoo designs.
- Our artists reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or designs deemed offensive or inappropriate.
- We do not perform tattoos on individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- The final design must be approved by both the artist and client before the tattooing process begins.
3. Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
- If you need to reschedule, at least **48 hours’ notice** is required to retain your deposit.
- No-call/no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least **48 hours' notice** to reschedule an appointment.
- If you cancel or fail to appear for your appointment without proper notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to artist emergencies or shop closures.
5. Aftercare & Liability
- Proper aftercare instructions will be provided post-session. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure proper healing.
- Working Class Tattoos is not responsible for any complications, infections, or reactions resulting from improper aftercare.
- Touch-ups may be available at the artist's discretion within a specified period (typically within 3 months of the original appointment). Additional fees may apply for extensive touch-ups or neglected aftercare.

6. Health & Safety
- All equipment is sterilized, and single-use needles are utilized to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Clients must disclose any known medical conditions, skin conditions, or allergies that may affect the tattooing process.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition poses a risk.

7. No Refund Policy
- All tattoo sales and services are final. We do not offer refunds on deposits, completed tattoos, or services rendered.
- Adjustments and minor touch-ups may be available at the discretion of the artist.

8. Intellectual Property
- All artwork and designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Working Class Tattoos.
- Clients may not reproduce, sell, or alter designs without prior written consent from the artist.
9. Client Conduct
- Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to refuse service and remove individuals who violate our policies or create a hostile environment.
10. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected for appointments will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
- We do not store payment information beyond processing transactions.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
